(Kingman, AZ) August 9, 2023 – Soldier’s Angels, Hops for Heroes, is an annual campaign where breweries across the country brew a custom recipe, Homefront IPA, and donate the proceeds to support U.S. service members, veterans, and their families.

As a veteran-owned-operated business, the team at Grand Canyon Brewing + Distillery is passionate about giving back to programs that support service men and women. The team at Grand Canyon’s Kingman location brewed this year’s batch on August 2^nd – a group effort between three brewers: Karry Hovig, Army veteran; Dirk Mishko; and Jeff Hart, Iraq, and Afghanistan veteran.

Homefront IPA is a Hazy IPA with fresh citrus flavors including orange, tangerine, grapefruit, and lemon. It will be a refreshing, crisp IPA that’s perfect for the desert summer heat. Est. ABV 6.3% / 35 IBU.

This special batch beer will be available, for a limited time, beginning on September 9, 2023, on tap at Grand Canyon Brewing + Distillery’s four locations in Williams, Flagstaff, Kingman, and Page.

At 2 p.m. there will be a tapping event at the Grand Canyon Brewing + Distillery, 312 East Beale Street, Kingman, AZ 86041. Guests will enjoy a fresh pint of this delicious brew while giving back to an amazing cause. There will also be a 50/50 cornhole tournament and a live auction for a custom Hops for Heroes maple bat that was used in the fermentation and a tap handle.
