Kingman, AZ – The City of Kingman is proud to recognize Judge Jeffrey Singer, recipient of the Kingman Chamber of Commerce’s Public Service Andy Award. The honor celebrates his commitment to the community and an approach to justice that helps people take responsibility while creating opportunities to rebuild their lives.

A significant part of that work takes place through the Kingman Veterans Treatment Court, which Judge Singer helped create in 2015 and continues to lead. The program provides a specialized court setting for veterans, pairing accountability with a focus on rehabilitation. For Judge Singer, that means taking a hands-on role in helping veterans move forward. His commitment reflects the understanding that progress requires both clear expectations and dedicated support.

Through the Veterans Treatment Court, Judge Singer has helped create opportunities for those who served our country to address challenges and work toward lasting stability. His contributions to Kingman also include his work with the Domestic Violence Court, the Youth Court, and the newly created Community Court, along with his duties presiding over municipal and traffic cases. Across these responsibilities, Judge Singer brings fairness, compassion, and a commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those who come before him.

Judge Singer stated, “I’m proud to win this award on behalf of the Kingman Municipal Court and the Veterans Treatment Court. Even though the award has my name on it I believe it to be a team award because I couldn’t do it without the amazing people around me.”

The City congratulates Judge Singer on receiving the Public Service Andy Award and thanks him for his continued dedication to the Kingman community.
