LAKE HAVASU CITY STREAMLINES BUSINESS LICENSING AND PERMITTING WITH NEW ONLINE PORTAL
Lake Havasu City, AZ – Lake Havasu City is set to improve the user experience by introducing a new online portal specifically to manage business licensing and permitting processes. This innovative new portal, designed with the local businesses, contractors, and residents in mind, aims to provide a more efficient, user-friendly approach to managing applications, renewals, permits, and compliance measures.
From November 1, existing clients will begin receiving emails regarding the status of their business license or permit, along with instructions to register as a user on the new Citizen Portal. Furthermore, starting on the same day, users can register directly on the Citizen Portal for their business licensing and permitting needs at https://h2.maintstar.co/lakehavasu/Portal/#/
The portal has been designed to provide users with a step-by-step guide throughout the registration process, making it simple and quick to navigate.
The introduction of MaintStar, the new software solution in place, was graciously received by City Manager Jess Knudson who expressed his appreciation for the hard work staff put into the project. Highlighting the significance of streamlining operations, Knudson stated, “We are excited to support our businesses, contractors, and residents with a tool tailored to meet the needs of our thriving community and enhance efficiencies in our daily interactions with planning and permitting, special event permitting, and business licensing transactions.”
