Child Exploitation Arrest – Kingman

On Thursday, November 5, detectives with the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office continued their investigation into previously arrested suspect, Pierce Eller. While processing digital evidence, detectives discovered that Eller had been distributing nude photographs of female juveniles, which he had obtained in exchange for vape pens and alcohol.

A recipient of these photographs was identified as Ronald Wayne Bowman, a 57-year-old resident of Kingman. Bowman has been a teacher with the Kingman Unified School District for the past twenty-four years. Detectives contacted Bowman at approximately 4:00 PM in the 300 block of E. Beale St. He was detained and transported to the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office for questioning.

During interviews, Bowman admitted to his involvement. Consequently, he was transported to the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility where he was booked for nine counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.

This investigation remains active, with additional follow-up being conducted.
