BULLHEAD CITY–The City of Bullhead City and Bullhead City Meals on Wheels have teamed up to host a Mother’s Day Dinner and Bunco fundraiser tonight, May 10 at the Suddenlink Community Center, 2380 Suddenlink Way in Bullhead City.
Dinner will be served from 5:15 p.m.-6:15 p.m. and will include a tossed green salad, Sailsbury steak or barbecue chicken, green beans, mashed potatoes, assorted desserts and bottled water.
“We are so very grateful to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center for donating the catering for this event. Their support is allowing us to take this great event to the next level.” commented Director of Human Services Jeff Tipton.
Bunco action will kick off at 6:30 pm.
The Mother’s Day Bunco player with the most wins at the end of four rounds will be declared the official winner and will walk away with $500. The player with the most buncos will receive $100.
Raffle prizes include gift certificates to local restaurants, rounds of golf, concert tickets, gift baskets and more.
Tickets are $25 per person in advance and $30 per person at the door. Tickets can be purchased at City Hall, 2355 Trane Road or by phone at 928-763-0148. Doors open at 5 p.m.
Meals on Wheels provides a vital service to our community. Last year they served over 40,000 meals to seniors in need in Bullhead City.
