The RTC of Southern Nevada & Clark County Public Works Dept. would like to inform you of upcoming construction activity in your neighborhood.

The project scope includes improvements on multiple streets. Subdivisions included in the Work are Villa Bonita, Cielo De Azul, Laughlin Estates, Cottage Hill, Terrace, Canyon Rim, El Mirage Estates, and El Mirage Park. The Work will generally consist of improvements including sidewalk ramp reconstruction to Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) current standards, utility adjustments, removal and replacement of asphalt surface in areas, painting of pavement markings, removal and replacement of damaged sidewalk and curb and gutter, and permanent sign replacements.
This project has been awarded to Las Vegas Paving Corporation. Construction is anticipated to start on 04/17/2023. Work phases will consist of 1-2 weeks of utility lowering and sidewalk/concrete replacement, followed by 1-2 weeks of pavement replacement for each neighborhood. Typical work hours will be between 7am-5:00pm Monday- Friday. Weekend work is not anticipated.

Some Streets will be restricted or reduced at various times during working hours.
Driving surfaces will be compacted gravel during pavement replacement.
Traffic signs will be placed to provide advance notifications for major traffic control changes. Business and residential access will remain open during construction.
