Aggravated Assault on a Peace Officer, Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct**

On Monday, November 27th, at about 1:55pm, the Kingman Police Department arrested Adam Cody Vandusseldorp, 39 of Golden Valley for Aggravated Assault on a Peace Officer, Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct.  Officers responded to a business in the 3300blk of East Andy Devine Avenue for a report of a subject throwing items around the business and assaulting staff.  Upon arrival officers learned that Vandusseldorp had pushed a staff member and was locked in the restroom refusing to exit.  Officers were able to get Vandusseldorp to exit the restroom and the business but when officers attempted to take him into custody he began actively resisting.  Vandusseldorp was ultimately taken to the ground and into custody.  Neither the staff member or the officer required medical attention.  Vandusseldorp was booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility on the listed charges.

**Possession of Narcotic Drugs and Possession of Narcotic Drugs for Sale**

On Tuesday, November 28th, at about 6:15pm, the Kingman Police Department arrested Robert Wayne Romero, 45 and Andrew David Harrison, 46 both from Kingman on the felony charges of Possession of Narcotic Drugs and Possession of Narcotic Drugs for Sale.  Officers were conducting traffic enforcement on westbound Interstate 40 near mile post 56 when they observed a vehicle driving erratically almost striking another vehicle.  A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle and Harrison was found to be driving and Romero was in the front passenger seat.  A Mohave County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) Deputy and his K9 partner arrived to assist with the traffic stop.  While speaking with the occupants the MCSO K9 was ran around the vehicle and alerted to the presence of illegal substances.  Romero and Harrison were detained and a search of the vehicle found approximately 4,000 pills that tested positive for Fentanyl and a loaded handgun.  Romero and Harrison were booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility on the listed charges.
