On Thursday, June 13^th, a Mohave County Grand Jury indicted Gabrielle Mary Axon, 52 of Phoenix on the charges of Second-Degree Murder by Domestic Violence, Theft of Means of Transportation, Taking the Identity of Another, Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card x2 and Theft.  This stems from an investigation that began on August 13^th 2022 with a missing person report for Axon’s mother, Brenda Marshall.  Investigators with the Kingman Police Department and the Mesa Police Department were able to gather evidence against Axon in relation to these crimes.  Axon is currently in custody at the Maricopa County Adult Detention Facility in Phoenix on unrelated charges and will be extradited to Kingman at a later date.

**Kingman Police Seeks the Public’s Assistance in Locating a Missing Kingman Woman**

The Kingman Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 71-year old Kingman woman, Brenda Marshall.  Marshall is described as a white female, 5’10”, blonde hair and blue eyes.  It is unknown what she was last wearing.

Marshall left the Kingman area on the 10^th of August from the 1000 block of Gordon Drive.

Marshall is possibly in the Phoenix Arizona area with her daughter.  Marshall owns a White 2013 Nissan Juke with Arizona license plate CPX1776 and it was seen in the area of 7^th Avenue and Southern in Phoenix on August 13^th 2022.
