About noon on Friday (4/12), the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office received a call for help from a motorists (a 56-year-old male, a 54-year-old female, a 16-year-old female and a 12-year-old female) who had become stranded on a trail south of Craggy Wash – just north of Lake Havasu City. The truck they were traveling in had lost power and they needed help. They had food and water, but just could not get the truck started to return home. Search and rescue was activated and began a route and location search. They were located near the Wing Mine. Rescuers brought them back to the Command Post and then provided them a ride home. Great job by everyone!
