Update in Fort Mohave area, where about 800 customers remain out of service after Sunday’s storm. Strong winds blew down or damaged about 90 poles throughout our service territory in Mohave County.

Our around-the-clock restoration efforts continue and we have an information page for customers, which we’re updating regularly. Details are posted at https://www.uesaz.com/mohave-outage/.

We’re reaching out directly to customers, encouraging them to contact us if they use a life-sustaining medical device or have a medical condition requiring continuous electric service. Our Customer Care team can be reached at 877-837-4968. We’re also providing ice and water at a local fire station.

With high temperatures expected throughout the week, we appreciate our customers’ patience. We’re working to restore their service as quickly and safely as possible.
