Title: Fatal Crash Investigation

LAKE HAVASU CITY, AZ – On September 30, 2024, at approximately 6:00 p.m., officers from the Lake Havasu City Police Department responded to a single-vehicle rollover accident in the 3500 block of Kiowa Blvd North.

Upon arrival, officers determined that the driver of a 2003 Suzuki SL7 SUV, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, had been ejected and sustained fatal injuries.

The department’s Crash Team was activated and has taken over the ongoing investigation.

The driver has been identified as 59-year-old Mel Tittle, a resident of Lake Havasu City. The exact cause of the accident and any contributing factors remain under investigation. Further details will be released as they become available.
