EXPERIENCE: 18 years with Mohave County Parks Department; 9 years as Bullhead City Justice of the Peace; and one term as City of Bullhead City Mayor. Various certificates and organization memberships include Arizona Justice of the Peace Association, Bullhead City Morning Kiwanis Club, VFW Post 10005 Life Member, Boys & Girls Club of the Colorado River Board Member, Arizona Law Enforcement Training Academy and Arizona Water & Wastewater Grade 2 Certification.

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science Degree from Southern Illinois University and Master of Science Program-Leisure Studies from Arizona State University.

MILITARY AFFILIATION: United States Army-Specialist Fourth Class.

RESIDENCY: Bullhead City, 36 years.
